Welcome to the IF Squad! Now that you have subscribed, you can expect your first yoga video to land in your inbox within 48 hours. Going forward, videos will be sent every two weeks. In the meantime, here are two short videos to get you started. If at any time you want to fill in with some extra yoga practice, check out Desiree's YouTube site.

Yoga is for everyone and every body, so feel free to modify any of the videos as needed along your yoga journey because this practice is meant to enrich your life, not complicate it. We will be offering different types of yoga, so some weeks will be gentle and others might be a little more upbeat and make you sweat. It's all still yoga!  The most yogic thing that you can do is listen to your body and modify movements as needed. We hope that through our videos, you will become more comfortable with the practice of yoga and incorporate it more regularly into your everyday life!
